PICK UP IN STORE PROCESS

You will receive a series of emails. 

 

First, you'll get a Confirmation to acknowledge your order has been received. 

 

Then, you will receive a Pick Up In Store Notification when your order is ready to pick up at Wilburn's Hardware.

 

Once you arrive at Wilburn's, you can pick up your order at the register. 

 

Remember to bring your government issued identification and your Pick Up In Store Notification Email. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bring your purchase back to Wilburn's Hardware and get your money back or exchange it for something else.  Be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or shipping confirmation email, credit card you used for the item and a valid I.D.

DELIVERY POLICY

Wilburn's Hardware offers delivery of building materials and other selective products to your job site. 

 

Deliveries, whether to your home or job site must be paid for and scheduled with a sales team associate at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY RETURN POLICY

Items that have been delivered and you wish to return are subject to a restocking fee.  The delivery fee is a service that is nonrefundable.  In order to coordinate delivery items to be returned you must contact a sales associate member.  

 

We require a valid driver's license or government issued photo identification with the original receipt for all Returns. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Wilburn's Hardware may offer a shipping option through UPS service.  This shipping method selection will be available at checkout if you desire your purchase to be delivered quicker. 

 

Alternative Shipping methods at checkout is through UPS and subject to additional charges and is only available on select items.  Otherwise Buy Online & Pick up In Store is available for all purchases.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Historical Downtown Deals cannot be returned.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a valid government issued I.D.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Wilburn's Hardware can be returned within 30 days.   Returns for purchases with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded as an exchange for store credit.  Packaging must be unopened and not damaged for Refunds to be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.)  Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as a Store Credit. 

 

We require a valid driver's license or government issued photo identification with the original receipt for In Store Returns. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
